Logics Project Management
We manage each customer implementation using project plans that describe what will be done, by whom and by when. We start each project with an implementation meeting with all of the key members of both the customer and Logics to address early on the major issues that we, as a team, will have to address. During the implementation process, the Logics Project Manager will make adjustments to both the schedule and the elements of training as needed.
Logics Setup and Conversions
All of our systems provide a great deal of flexibility on how the customer can use them. Before we even get started with implementation, we work with the customer to determine in detail what their requirements are for the system. We then assist in setting up their system. Conversion of existing data is also available.
Logics’ On-Site Training
During both the implementation of a new system and as the customer is using the system, Logics professionals are available to go on the customer sites to assist them in a very customized and hands on way. This is best used when implementing major modules or when the customer hires a new employee and does not have anyone in-house to provide the training.
Logics Fundamental Training
Logics provides regular classroom training that provides a great overview of the systems. Each class is relatively small and provides for a lot of interaction with the instructor. This is best used as the first introduction for a new system or module. It is appropriate not only for those employees who will be using the system, but also management.
Logics Web Training
Web training is the most cost effective and flexible mode of training. Training can be scheduled for a little as one hour. Web training is most effective when the customer wants to learn a specific skill within the system.
