Technical / Development Manager

Job description – Based in Raleigh, NC

The Technical/Development Project Managers primary role is to lead product development projects from concept to deployment with global teams in support of the Logics Software Suite of products for new and existing clients. This also involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Additionally the position will lead the technology direction for the company and oversee a technical resource.


Proven work experience in a similar role

Experience in product management, from conception to delivery

  • An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control and project management tools

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop product, technical & project strategies.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and provide schedule management
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Meet with both clients and internal groups  to determine requirements, set schedules and budget, identify scope  and quality parameters
  • Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Design and develop solutions to meet clients’ requirements.
  • May include some travel to customer site


  • BS in Computer Science or other technical Degree or Equivalent Prior Experience in Software Product Development and Technology
  • Superb communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Experience with MS SQL, .Net , C+, Agile Development+
  • Must have documentation to show that you are legally  eligible to work in the United States.
