Implementation / Support Specialist

Job description – Based in Raleigh, NC

The Implementation/Support Specialist primary role will be to train and support the Logics Software Suite of products to new and existing clients along with but not limited to, SQL and other technology resources as needed.   Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes. Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans. Tests and troubleshoots final system setups. Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.

Responsibilities:

  • Successfully Train Customers on Municipal Finance and Payroll Application Solutions
  • Problem Solve Client issues
  • Resolve Support Cases for clients
  • Create documentation, including, but not limited to:
    • Implementation guides
    • Project plans and status updates
  • Travel to client sites ~ 40%

Responsibilities may also include:

  • Meet with clients to determine requirements and the scope of the project
  • Clarify clients’ system specifications and understand their business needs
  • Design and develop solutions to meet clients’ requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Prior Experience in Business Management, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred
  • Accounting knowledge desired
  • Municipality or Fund Accounting experience a plus
  • Superb communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Experience with SQL a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
